Overview
This qualification has been developed in consultation with employers and professional bodies. It identifies knowledge. understanding and technical skills that employers will need from you entering the countryside and environmental sector in the coming years.
There are three main forms of assessment to be aware of: external, internal and synoptic.
Work experience forms a large part of the study programme with learners needing to complete over 300 hours off-site work experience.

Entry requirements
Four GCSEs at grade 4 or C or equivalent, preferably including English and Maths, or a relevant BTEC Level 2 / First Diploma.
